Nepal is a small country located in the Himalayas between India and China and has over 40 Ethnic Groups with 70 spoken languages. Nepal is famous, as the world's only Hindu Kingdom. However, it is an intricate and beautiful tapestry formed by the interweaving of Hinduism, Buddhism and other believes. Religious tolerance and harmony such as is found in Nepal, is perhaps a unique example for the world.
While travelling you will discover the political and the cultural capital of the country and its narrow winding streets of the hippies era, medieval temples, palaces, and ancient Buddhist stupaâs, Pheva lake of Pokhara and magnificent view of mighty Himalayas snow clad mountains, Safari in Royal Chitwan National Park to spot some of the endangered species as of one Horn Rhinoceros and the interaction to the insight of Nepalâs rural life style. While trekking you will enjoy mesmerizing view of mighty Himalayan peaks, will get insight of their culture when interacting with hospitable local population.

Fee to charging camera/mobile in lodges 1 time cost: While trekking there is certain amount to be paid when charging the camera or Mobile battery at each lodges and guest houses, in Annapurana Region about USD 2 to USD8 (Higher you go the cost rise high)

in higher elevation)
Trekking Permit (ACAP – Annapurna Conservation Area Permit) and TIMS card (Trekking Information Management System).
Require scanned passport and scanned photo for permit.
Trekking itineraries may be altered due to landslides, weather, or local events. Vehicle breakdowns, roadblocks, or unforeseen local disruptions may require alternative transport.
Client cooperation is requested any extra costs incurred locally must be bare by the client.
Company is not liable for flight cancellations, natural disasters, political unrest, and strikes.
Any additional accommodation, transport, or emergency expenses must be covered by the client.
Mandatory for all clients
Must cover: medical expenses, evacuation, and altitude sickness, loss of baggage, trip cancellation, and Helicopter rescue.
Pre-trek & post-trek: 3-star hotels in Kathmandu/Pokhara or equivalent with Breakfast
Trekking: Tea houses/lodges with Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
Private vehicles
Trekking luggage carried by porter, max 15-20 kg per porter
Domestic flights (Kathmandu–Pokhara): 20 kg check-in + 5 kg cabin
Exceeding weight incurs additional charges paid directly by clients
Clients must carry personal medical kits and company provides emergency medication
Prevention: Stay hydrated (3–4 liters/day) Avoid alcohol, smoking, and sleeping pills Carry light backpacks
Symptoms: Mild headaches, nausea, or fatigue; requires immediate rest or descent if worsening
Respect local culture, monasteries, and religious rituals
Remove shoes at temples, dress modestly
Take photos with permission from people, temple or other religious places
Full Wi-Fi and mobile coverage (Nepali-Sim) available in cities
Wi-Fi is also available in most teahouses along the trekking route
Nepalese Rupee (NPR)
ATMs available in major towns, carry sufficient cash for remote areas
Must be in good physical fitness
Consult your doctor before the trek if any pre-existing conditions exist
Himalayan environment is fragile
Clients must minimize waste and respect local traditions
65+ days: Full refund minus registration fee
30–59 days: 50% refund minus registration fee
20 days: Deposit retained strongly advised to use travel insurance
All refunds are processed after deducting VAT, bank charges and any non-refundable tickets.
